Hi John and Erin,

I've just read John's book about setting up Room to Read and his brave journey from his safe Microsoft career to the unknown world of charity. I have recently become reacquainted with literature myself, taking the decision to become an English teacher in the UK, which has reminded me how important reading was in my childhood and the impact it had on my life/personal development.

I strongly recommend John's book and will be encouraging friends and family to buy a copy to support you in your cause.

I can't praise the book and your good work enough and I hope that once I have a immersed myself back in the world of education I will be able to contribute some way to such a dynamic charity. Education should be available to everyone, empowering individuals and allowing them to strive for the best in life for themselves and their children.

Annaliese
